LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) equipment is primarily used to produce multilayer circuits. LTCC Process Flow:
1. Slurry Preparation: Ceramic, glass powder, and organic binder are mixed to form a homogeneous slurry.
2. Casting: The slurry is cast into green ceramic tape, requiring density, uniform thickness, and sufficient mechanical strength.
3. Cutting: The green ceramic tape is cut to specific dimensions.
4. Punching: Holes for electrical interconnection are created on the green ceramic sheets.
5. Filling: Filler is applied to the holes, providing vertical pathways for interlayer circuit connections.
6. Printing: Conductive paste or dielectric material is created using screen printing.
7. Stacking: The printed green ceramic sheets are stacked according to the number and order of layers.
8. Isostatic Pressing: Hot pressing is used to tightly bond the laminated green ceramic bodies, forming a multi-layer substrate blank.
9. Cutting: The green ceramic substrate is separated according to the cutting boundaries of components and modules.
10. Glue Removal Sintering: The green ceramic units are placed in a sintering furnace for sintering.

1. Laminator: Used to tightly bond printed laminated green ceramic sheets under specific temperature and pressure to form a multilayer substrate preform.
2. Ball Mill: Used for mixing and grinding ceramic powder.
