This equipment is a high-vacuum annealing device specifically developed by our company for medical 3D metal printing materials (SLSSLM). The main medical materials used include:
(1) Medical cobalt alloy, which is mainly used to manufacture artificial hip joints, knee joints, joint fasteners, bone plates, bone screws, and bone pins;
(2) Medical titanium alloy, mainly used in orthopedic surgery, especially for the repair of limb bones and skull, and is used to manufacture various internal fixation devices for fractures, artificial joints, skull and dura mater, artificial heart valves, teeth, gums, brackets, and crowns. This equipment features small size, high vacuum, high cleanliness, high production efficiency (with ventilation and rapid cooling function), and a fully automated control system, making it an essential piece of equipment for the medical 3D metal printing industry.
