This equipment is a vacuum non-oxidizing annealing furnace specially developed by our company for the 3D metal printing denture industry. It can process cobalt-chromium frameworks and crowns as well as titanium frameworks and crowns. Taking cobalt-chromium as an example, the entire annealing process can be completed in just 4 hours. The entire process does not require any protective gas, reducing process costs. The surface of the processed product is brighter and will not turn black or green, reducing the need for subsequent cumbersome surface treatment processes and further saving process and labor costs.
