The Type 644 vacuum molybdenum strip furnace is a high-performance vacuum heat treatment equipment, mainly used for high-temperature sintering and heat treatment of materials such as metals and ceramics. The following is a detailed introduction to the Type 644 vacuum molybdenum strip furnace:
Basic Principles and Features
1. Basic Principles:
The vacuum molybdenum strip furnace uses molybdenum strip as the heating element. Under vacuum conditions, the molybdenum strip generates heat through resistance, creating high temperatures within the furnace chamber, which are then conducted to the materials via thermal radiation.
It is mainly used for high-temperature sintering of ceramics, cemented carbides, and composite materials in a vacuum or protective atmosphere. It is also suitable for high-temperature heat treatment of metallic materials under high vacuum conditions or degassing treatment of precious metal materials.
2. Features:
Structural Design: Adopts a horizontal, side-opening structure for easy loading and unloading of materials and convenient operation.
Rapid Heating: Heating rate can reach 1~15°C/minute (below 1600°C).
Temperature Uniformity: Good average temperature uniformity; temperature uniformity in the constant temperature zone is ±5°C.
Safety features: Temperature control is achieved through HMI and PLC/PID programming to ensure safety and reliability.

4. Operating Instructions
Preparation:
Design heating and cooling curves to ensure the heating rate does not exceed 10°C/min and the cooling rate is below 15°C/min.
Clean the environment, check the mechanical pump oil level, and clean the furnace tubes.
Working Gas Preparation:
Use hydrogen or an inert gas as the working gas, and connect the gas lines and regulate the gas pressure.
Furnace Start-up:
Turn on the main power and panel power to start the control system.
Set the temperature and time, and begin heating.
The Type 644 vacuum molybdenum strip furnace is widely used in scientific research, military, and industrial production due to its high-efficiency heating performance, precise temperature control system, and safe and reliable operation.
