A vacuum tungsten filament furnace is a vacuum resistance furnace that uses tungsten filaments or tungsten mesh as heating elements. It is used for sintering metal compounds, ceramics, and inorganic compounds in a vacuum or protective atmosphere, and can also be used for heat treatment of metallic materials. It is mainly used for high-temperature sintering of metals such as capacitors and button materials, alloys composed of refractory metals, and ceramic materials such as silicon carbide and silicon nitride. It can also be used for high-temperature heat treatment of metallic materials under high vacuum conditions or for degassing treatment of precious metal materials.
